Welcome to my portfolio!

Hello and welcome to my portfolio site! I'm Heather Waye Arle. I have a Master of Science in Education with a focus in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University. I am an Instructional Designer with the IU School of Social Work, and I also teach Technical Communication in the School of Engineering at IUPUI. Prior to my time at IU, I worked in technical communication and training in several industries, including engineering and advanced manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and communications.
