Needs Assessment

Overview: This project was a needs assessment performed for the Technology Leadership and Communication department of the School of Engineering at IUPUI. The needs analysis identified gaps in adjunct faculty engagement and the collection of student learning outcomes data in the department.

My Contribution: I was part of a four-person team. My primary contributions included developing the interview protocol, conducting the interviews, conducting SWOT analysis, preparing key findings, contributing to the writing of the report, preparing the presentation, and presenting final report to client.
