Train-the-Trainer

Overview: This train-the-trainer module was developed for a trucking management company. Final deliverables were instructor and student guides for the "Seven-Step Vehicle Inspection Method."

My Contribution: I was part of a four-person team. We worked with a subject matter expert. All members contributed to the learner, context, and task analyses, and the development work was evenly divided among team members. I primarily worked on instructional activities identification and testing/evaluation plans based on the learning objectives. I also developed and administered the usability test (heuristic evaluation).
